Strike Two

Well I didn't get to Jordan over the weekend. Failed again. At least this time I didn't get all the way to Eilat like the disaster last year. Eli and I realized at the last minute that we were unprepared and that the trip simply wasn't a good idea. Instead, he came to visit me here in Haifa. It was a nice visit, but I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever make it to Jordan. My next sortie abroad will be to Rome with Meredith in a little under two weeks. That one is for sure a go, and I am psyched!
